  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Address : 18, Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah, 30250 Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan

Time : 9.00am – 8.00pm (lunch time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm)

Documents required during walk-in interview:

1. Latest CV / Resume
2. Copy of IC
3. Original and copy of academic certificate & transcript (SPM / Professional Certs / Diploma / Degree / Master and etc)
4. Copy of latest 3 months' salary slip / last 3 months’ payslip

Kindly ensure you bring your own pen to the interview.

Job Description:

  • Assist in supervising Medical Record Attendant job.
  • Ensure smooth and effective tracking of Medical Records folders.
  • Check and ensure all pre-appointment medical records are picked, checked out, slotted into the doctors’ pigeonholes, a day before.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma or degree in Health Management / Records Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Medical Records Management in healthcare industry or tertiary hospital.
  • SPM qualification with minimum of 10 years of experience in medical records department may be considered.
