Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize all required documentation for tender submissions. This includes technical specifications, drawings, pricing, and any other relevant information.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to ensure the company's bids are competitive and compliant with project specifications.
  • Tracking: Keep track of all open and upcoming tenders, including deadlines, requirements, and submission dates.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tender documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all tender submissions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cost Estimation: Assist in estimating project costs and pricing strategies, in collaboration with the sales and financial teams.
  • Submission Management: Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
  • Database Management: Keep a record of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes in a well-organized database for future reference and analysis.
  • Post-Tender Analysis: Participate in post-tender debriefs and analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance the company's competitiveness in future bids.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in QS, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Proficient in office software and specialized tender management software.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical ability for project assessment and cost estimation.
  • Efficient time management under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both BM and English.
  • Creative, energetic, and responsible attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
