Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in recruitment industry and HR consulting is an added advantage
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms
