Job Title: Sales Account Manager (Travelling within Johor)

Salary: RM 3,000/month + Allowances
Commission: Unlimited (Average RM 5,000 - 7,000 per month)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of customers, drive business growth by expanding relationships with existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term cooperation.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the existing customer base and new prospects.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client needs are met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of solutions in accordance with client specifications.
- Track, analyze, and report on key account metrics, including monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status and progress for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the retail sales team and station dealers to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment from customers, managing overdue accounts as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with proven success as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate if necessary.
