Overview:

We are looking for a consultant to join us and support for the business development, client relationship management, employer branding and job orders delivery.


To be successful in this role, you will be groomed to identify business opportunities, network expansion, and manage client relationship. Besides, you will also be trained to strategies on employer branding initiatives for talent attraction and eventually team expansion. You will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, advise clients on the hiring related matters, and provide value add services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Delivering offers to candidates and ensuring the accuracy of documentation.
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for candidates.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up/ visits.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
