Account Executive

Job Responsibility:

• Proficiency in accounting software, especially daily entry using SQL accounting system.
• Check and record by daily bank transactions, expenses and income.
• Filling account file and all relevant documents.
• Handling daily data entry using SQL accounting system.
• Ensure tax compliance & coordinate audits.
• Submit EPF, SOC, EIS, HRDF payment every month.
• Handling income tax matter.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties given by superior.

Requirement:

• User friendly with SQL software, AutoCount software and others accounting system.
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good interpersonal skills and independent with minimum supervision.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
