Job Responsibilities: -
- Work with the customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Greet customers and merchants warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling.
- To handle all enquiries from customers and merchants, and provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolve product or service problems via phone, email, mail or social media by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- To provide support and user guidance for the Company’s services and products.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate with at least one (1) year of working experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a call or contact centre environment will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be good at multitasking and ability to resolve conflict and problems for customers and merchants.
- Good computer literate, especially in MS applications and good troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and team player.
- The ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with angry customers; customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters.
- Good telephone etiquette, i.e. well-presented, tactful, polite, patient and attentive.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and additional speaking or writing language will be a plus.
- Willing to work on shifts including the night shift.
- Minimum six (6) months contract position available at start and conversion as the permanent position will be subjected to individual performance and achievement.
- Working locations: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
Education Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM or above level or any other equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
