Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bankers, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to secure and manage corporate finance facilities.
- Proactively monitor and analyze financial covenants across existing banking facilities, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
- Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to budgeting, variance analysis, and insightful financial data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of new and existing banking facilities, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with company objectives.
- Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, supporting the broader corporate finance team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably relevant experience in corporate finance or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior working experience with an external audit background is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
