  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for provision of corporate advisory and related services to client.
  • Assist to prepare pitch books, mandate, term sheets and other business documents.
  • Assist to conduct in-depth industry analysis which is relevant to the clients/projects.
  • Assist to prepare and review concept papers/proposals/presentation papers/business plan etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper due diligence and deal structuring conducted.
  • Assist to originate and pursue new opportunities reasonably.
  • Provide support to various team members in complementing project management/co-ordination of engagements.
  • Excellent communication with clients, external advisors and to ensure successful completion of engagements.
  • Maintain and enhance close business rapport with client and associates to ensure continuous business support.
  • Liaise with various parties such as regulators, registrar, lawyer and accountant for processing of submissions for the transactions.
  • Proficient in business writing and verbal communication in Malay, English, Mandarin.
  • Experiences in merger & acquisition and/or restructuring would be a plus.

​Job Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experiences in Auditing or Corporate Finance.
  • Competent knowledge of Malaysia corporate legislation relevant legal, financial and regulatory requirement applicable to investment bank.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Malay, English, Mandarin.
  • Good analytical skills for problem solving and deals structuring.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel based on business needs.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
