Develop and implement strategic QA & QC plans that will be aligned with organization goals and reporting directly to company’s management.
Establish and enforce quality standards and guidelines across all projects and processes.
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product excellence.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and project statuses directly to the management.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to present findings, propose solutions, and gain approval for quality initiatives.
Oversee and mentor a team of QA/QC analysts, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with quality objectives.
Delegate tasks, manage team performance, and ensure that deadlines and quality targets are met.
Implement and maintain quality control processes, including systematic testing and inspections, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Identify and address quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues; develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance product quality.
Ensure all QA/QC activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all quality assurance and control processes.
Work closely with development, engineering, and product management teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as a key liaison between QA/QC and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 to 7 years in QA/QC roles.
Proficiency in automated testing tools and test management systems.
Strong analytical and problem – solving skills with a track record of successfully managing complex quality issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferable Chinese as there is a need to handle high-end documents in Mandarin.
