Responsibilities:

  • Provide various reports to the B2B BU head and the business development team.
  • Plan, organize, and arrange business-related meetings, updates, discussions, client activities, marketing activities, and CPD points applications if needed.
  • Ensure marketing materials, relevant application and transaction forms are up-to-date and adequately stocked at all times.
  • Handle issues and complaints with patience, providing timely and effective support.
  • Cover the role of Business Development when needed.
  • Develop trusting relationships with all parties, including BD, business partners, and clients.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the entire product development or enhancement lifecycle.
  • Assist in coordinating with relevant parties to maintain the quality of the B2B website and app.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, strategies, feature prioritization, enhancements, and release planning for the B2B online platform.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, timeline planning, design discussions, and user testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT developers, UI/UX, marketing, client service, and product owners, to ensure successful product and project delivery.
  • Assist in user testing and feedback collection to iterate on product improvements.
  • Willingly undertake ad-hoc functions, projects, and related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment, Business Management, Marketing, IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Unit Trust, Investments, or the financial industry.
  • Confident, professional, self-motivated, and resourceful with a desire to succeed.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and learning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented, pleasant, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently, as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates without working experience or with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Priority will be given to those with a good understanding of software, product development, and presentation skills.
