Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operation of systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to IT-related complaints and provide support to end-users.
  • Handle new user account creation and deactivation processes in alignment with company’s protocols.
  • Manage Microsoft user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures.
  • Manage the procurement process for IT equipment, software and peripherals.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the management of company domains, ensuring proper configuration and security
  • Manage and maintain server racks, including WIFI, power supply and server equipment.
  • Ensure the security and organization of server environments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s operation system.
  • Manage the mobile/virtual phone system, including configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Support end-users with IP PBX- related issues and enhancements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and supply of office photocopiers and printers and coordinate with Vendors for repairs and servicing as needed.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks including office supplies management and facility coordination within Division.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT Support and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of IP PBX systems, Microsoft user administration and domain management.
  • Familiarity with IT equipment procurement, hardware and software maintenance and server management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
