Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist to handle full cycle of the hiring process.
- Conduct orientation or schedule internal training for employees.
- Monitor and handle employees' attendance including leave, lateness, early out etc.
- Handle the full cycle of the payroll process.
- Monitor and control office and stationery expenses.
- Verify and proceed with the employee’s overtime claim.
- Respond to and verify all panel clinic utilization or medical claim requests from employees.
- Manage the foreign worker application by liaising with the agency and immigration to ensure a smooth process according to the government rules and regulations.
- Oversee other job/issues pertaining foreign workers embassy, KDN, Immigration, Fomema, etc.
- Ensure Manpower Supply Company renew passports and permits updated accordingly to SOCSO, LHDN, Bank, Fomema.
- Develop and maintain a systematic filing system to keep up-to-date historical records and private & and confidential documents.
