Qualifications & experience

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
• 拥有中文书写及会话能力
• Min qualification Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and above
• Possess with own transport

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist to handle full cycle of the hiring process.
• Conduct orientation or schedule internal training for employees.
• Monitor and handle employees' attendance including leave, lateness, early out etc.
• Handle the full cycle of the payroll process.
• Monitor and control office and stationery expenses.
• Verify and proceed with the employee’s overtime claim.
• Respond to and verify all panel clinic utilization or medical claim requests from employees.
• Manage the foreign worker application by liaising with the agency and immigration to ensure a smooth process according to the government rules and regulations.
• Oversee other job/issues pertaining foreign workers embassy, KDN, Immigration, Fomema, etc.
• Ensure Manpower Supply Company renew passports and permits updated accordingly to SOCSO, LHDN, Bank, Fomema.
• Develop and maintain a systematic filing system to keep up-to-date historical records and private & and confidential documents.
