Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
Review inventories and order as required.
Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
Review deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of any orders.
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
Produce and maintain all reports
Possess minimum 1 years working experience in any field,
Good command and writing of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point);
Fast learner and well-organized;
Sense of responsibility to complete task given
