  • Responsible for maintaining the normal operation internal clients;
  • Responsible for hardware malfunction handling, such as client, network, telephone line, printer.;
  • Maintain and support the internal client application systems;
  • Responding to client requests and requirements in a timely manner;
  • The distribution, installation and troubleshooting of the client batch software;
  • Responsible for cabling within the site and liaising with external suppliers as necessary;
  • Set-up, control and maintain as necessary the security systems, computer room distribution, room air conditioning, computer room, environmental monitoring;
  • Based in Malaysia, support other southeast Asia (like Indonesia) users remotely.
  • Assist in ad hoc assigned projects;
  • Maintain IT assets inventory;
  • Degree at HNC/HND/Ordinary/bachelor’s level in a computer related discipline or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT support experiences
  • A good grounding of providing high volume, fast-paced desktop support;
  • Has basic network troubleshooting knowledge, having CCNA would be a bonus;
  • Familiar with security systems, computer room distribution, room air conditioning, computer room, and environmental monitoring and a desire to learn new and different technologies in these fields;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Visio.)
  • Knowledge in configuration management and routine maintenance of the AD, mainstream Windows and Mac systems, and mobile systems;
  • Good at communicating with others in a proactive manner;
  • Passionate about new technologies and a demonstrable enthusiasm in keeping up-to-date with latest trends and solutions;
  • Previous experience of sourcing and managing external suppliers;
  • Solid IT service process experience and familiar with ITSM system
