Executive, Finance (Contract)

Responsibilities:-

• Responsibilities include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner.
• Preparation of monthly workshop target settings.
• Compute various commissions in monthly basis.
• Reporting and Analysis.
• Perform E-invoice data reconciliation in daily basis.
• Assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agent for audit and tax matters when needed.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and target.
• Assist in ensuring improvement in accounting systems and processes.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements:-

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, etc.) and other Microsoft Office Program.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
