Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple, high-profile construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and property development, managing projects ranging from infrastructure planning, township developments, hospitality projects, and special engineering or residential projects. This role requires extensive client and contractor engagement, leadership in multitasking, and coordination with authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee 5 simultaneous projects within infrastructure planning, construction, and property development.
- Lead cross-functional project teams of 20-50 personnel, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using project management software (e.g., MS Project, P6).
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior staff as necessary.
- Handle project budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for each project.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation, reports, and status updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with ICSB’s high standards for safety, sustainability, and quality.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in managing large-scale, multi-project portfolios in construction and property development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project planning software like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment for complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and follow up with authorities, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and ensuring client satisfaction.
