Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
- Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management.
- Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
- Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
- Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
- Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.
- Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.
Job Requirements:
- SPM & above
- Training will be provided
