Job Description:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Convince customers to sign up for courses.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Document sales and process orders.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Research market needs and sales strategies.
- Represent the company at events.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in a related position.
- Minimum diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business, Admin, Marketing, Art, Multimedia or equivalent.
- Able to commute to our office at 3 Elements, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
- Able to work in shifts and/or Saturdays.
- Fluent in English
