Key responsibilities includes :
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales Expansion and Growth: Identify and seize opportunities to expand sales and grow our market presence. Strategize and implement plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Customer Demand Forecast: Analyze market trends and customer data to accurately forecast demand, aligning our efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- New Customer Acquisition: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities, broadening our client base and exploring new markets.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage accounts receivable effectively, ensuring timely and efficient payment collection.
- Market Intelligence Reporting: Stay ahead of industry trends by gathering and reporting crucial market insights to inform our business strategies.
- Principals and Suppliers Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with principals and suppliers to meet client needs and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- General Activity and Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on activities and progress, offering valuable insights and status reports to our management team.
Requirements :
- Educational Background: A Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Agricultures.
- Essential Skills: Results-driven, motivated, and innovative, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking client).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly within the Chemical industry and agriculture is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Chemical sector and its dynamics.
