Our company specializes in Intelligent X-ray Inspection Equipment and technology for SMT/EMS, Industrial NDT, Semiconductor and Lithium battery.

Role Description

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers towards achieving the sales targets and objectives for local market. This role will be reporting to local Country Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

•Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market

•Proven sales methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients

•Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services

•Monitors competition by gathering current market intelligence data on pricing, competitors’ movement, product and service trends.

•Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual analyses and reviews.

•Discuss with Country Sales Manager on weekly sales plans to prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

•Effectively communicate client needs to the Technical Support teams to dissolve any potential technical issues as well as for future product enhancement and betterment.

•Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship and rapport not only to customers but also internally in order to understanding customers’ requirements and product fit

•Perform duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of sales experience in an electronics, EMS, automation or Capital Equipment Manufacturing industry can be considered
  • Proven sales record in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with some basic Knowledge on X-ray Inspection Technology but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the sales operation process and customer engagements
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
