  • Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential CSR projects that align with the company's core values and social impact goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR activities into business operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, preparing detailed reports on outcome and impact.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, government bodies, educational institutions and other corporate organizations to facilitate program success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, community members and partners
  • Organize and participate in community engagement activities, ensuring positive brand representation
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to promote collaboration on CSR initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular updates on CSR activities to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of content for CSR communications, including reports, press releases, and social media.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR reporting, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Support fundraising efforts for CSR programs, identifying potential donors and partners
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for CSR activities
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team member(s) and volunteers involved in CSR projects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CSR processes and policies
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies such as Prudential Group, Bank Negara, Registrar of Societies (ROS), LHDN, and etc.
