Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create and manage event schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Vendor Management:

- Prepare and present post-event reports, including insights and recommendations for future events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
