Responsibilities:

• IT Helpdesk – Solve PC, desktop, network, and server issues
• Hardware Management – Manage and maintain PC & server inventory, maintain and refresh laptops for employees, manage IT peripherals such as printer
• Software Management – Maintain and distribute company standard software, manage licenses
• Vendor Management – Manage vendor & supplier relations (hardware / software vendor, leasing / rental companies, service providers, etc)
• Global liaison – Deploy applications and tools distributed by Global HQ (Onedrive, Windows10, etc).

Qualifications:

• Diploma in IT/computer science with minimum 2years experience.
• Knowledge and experience in setting up / maintaining / troubleshooting notebook PCs
• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining Active Directory, Windows Server
• Experience troubleshooting software / desktop issues (Windows 7 / MS Office related problems)
• Ability to configure, execute and monitor Windows Server backup and perform recovery
• Ability to configure and maintain general office equipment (printers / fax / projector)
• Good understanding of network and infrastructure services (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc)
• Possessing time management skills, ability to deliver results on time and pursue efficiency to continuously improve work processes
• Demonstrating self-driven, proactive attitude and ability to take leadership in initiatives and projects
• Good communication in English to liaise with associates.
