**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within the hospital, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and hygiene. The F&B Manager will lead and motivate the F&B team, manage kitchen and café operations, and contribute to the overall guest and patient experience by ensuring the food offerings meet dietary requirements and patient needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the kitchen, café, and therapeutic meal services.
- Ensure food preparation meets dietary requirements for in-patients and staff.
- Supervise local cooks, kitchen, and café staff.
- Manage budget, food cost control, and inventory.
- Oversee staff training, ensuring a high level of service and food hygiene.
- Work with the HR department to manage staffing and scheduling.
- Implement health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure the café offers diverse and healthy meal options for staff and patients.
- Liaise with suppliers to procure quality ingredients and manage vendor relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
