Job Description

  • Provide support to the operations team in the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - following through our standard SOP while maintaining quality is key.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.
  • Communicate with external partners and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct research and analyze data for operational tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Preferable to have minimum of 1 year of experience in this position within financial related industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written communications, to handle Chinese clients well.
  • Possessed skills in utilizing Microsoft Excels. Skillset in PowerQuery is added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in PowerBI will be an added advantage
  • Experience in JIRA will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Old Klang Road (KL)
  • Willing to work in shifts; 9.30AM-6.30PM (GMT+8), or, 6.00PM to 3.00AM (GMT+8). Saturday shift will be required on demand
