Job Description
- Provide support to the operations team in the day-to-day running of the business.
- Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - following through our standard SOP while maintaining quality is key.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Conduct research and analyze data for operational tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational activities.
- Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Preferable to have minimum of 1 year of experience in this position within financial related industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written communications, to handle Chinese clients well.
- Possessed skills in utilizing Microsoft Excels. Skillset in PowerQuery is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in PowerBI will be an added advantage
- Experience in JIRA will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be willing to work at Old Klang Road (KL)
- Willing to work in shifts; 9.30AM-6.30PM (GMT+8), or, 6.00PM to 3.00AM (GMT+8). Saturday shift will be required on demand
