Key Responsibilities:

    Mentor Junior Designers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the food industry or a relevant sector, with a focus on packaging design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools such as AI-powered graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Proven ability to maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and external production teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
