Job Description:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties:

• This position reports to Area Sales Manager
• Liaise with customer in order to present and promote the company's product
• Oversee all aspects of marketing programs and coordinate with an assigned account on promotional and administration matters.
• Service the existing customer base and explore new markets for company products.
• Compile and analyze sales reports as well as carry out trend analysis of customer preference.
• Assist in setting up various roadshows, corporate promotions, and events nationwide
• Observe consumer and dealer market and movement in market trends and report to sales & marketing manager.
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and problems of company's product
• Ensure target achievement on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Secondary duties

• Reporting and documentation.
• Teamwork & cooperation
• Company policies, rules and regulations implementation
• To carry out any other job function delegated by the immediate superior

Skills/Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail Hardware/Paints or equivalent.
