Oversee day to day accounting matter and ensure compliance to the Company policies and procedures.
Review and ensure weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reports, variance analysis reports, reconciliation report, projection report, budget reports etc are submitted in timely, accurate and complete manner.
Assist in ensuring that effective internal control are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules of financial, operational and tax reporting.
Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and responding to queries.
Assist in managing team members in Finance department, assign works to finance team according to availability, skills and development.
Dealing with government related issues e.g., Statistic, SST, etc.
Handling and monitor for Company's Banking Facilities, insurance coverage and other administrative matters.
Take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree in Accounting.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
External audit experience would be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member.
Required skill(s): Ms Office & related Accounting system experience.
