Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate our event software, Blue Lobby, along with other event technology solutions like interactive gimmicks, to deliver seamless service during events.
- Manage entire event projects, including client communication, event software setup, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Oversee multiple event productions simultaneously, requiring strong time management and attentiveness to client needs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the event process.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event management, with the ability to independently manage projects and quickly adapt to our event software and processes.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional attitude towards both clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills to handle multiple events and meet client expectations.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with clients and teams effectively.
