Start-Up Ramp-Up Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and ramping up process machinery to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) status at customer sites
• Conducting process optimizations to enhance performance and efficiency
• Providing expert advice to customers on chemical processes within the PCB, Substrate, and PV industries
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the start-up phase to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating with customers to implement best practices and improvements in their manufacturing processes
• Traveling to customer locations for on-site commissioning and support, including international assignments

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with process machinery and chemical processes in the PCB, Substrate, and PV industries
• Proven track record in optimizing and ramping up process systems to achieve HVM status
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes relevant to the PCB, Substrate, and PV sectors
• Ability to provide effective consultancy and problem-solving support to customers
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips for various projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
