Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of order management, including order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Prepare and issue quotations for customers, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with company policies
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, trade shows, and customer events
  • Provide general administrative support to the site management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling other office tasks
  • Serve as a versatile team member, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes related to order handling, customer communication, and general administrative functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on order processing and customer service
  • Ability to create detailed and accurate quotations and manage order-related tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in coordinating events and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP-ERP
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
  • Prior experience in a commercial administration or similar role is preferred
  • Ability to support and assist the site management team in various administrative functions
