Reporting to the Manager - HR Operations, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

Perform payroll trending and data analysis.

Generate Payroll report and other payroll related reports for internal and external submission.

Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies.

Ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Ensure the preparation of annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.

Perform posting to finance payroll related entries and ensure the postings are charged correctly.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.

Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Mathematics or accounting preferred

Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required

Experience with Malaysia payroll and labour regulations for both retail & corporate functions.

Knowledge in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.

Able to analyze payroll issues and provide corrective action.

High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the payroll data and results.

Meticulous and good analytical skill.

A team player with a pleasant personality, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.
