Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on bridgework, roadwork, geotechnical works, and earthworks.
  • Proven expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and contractual negotiations within the specified sectors.
  • Previous experience with government projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and procurement processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management in the context of bridgework, roadwork, geotechnical works, and earthworks.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools and applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
