The incumbent is responsible for compliance to policies and guidelines by PCA and regulatory body; support IT audits and reviews; review, recommend, and implement IT security controls.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review, and where necessary develop information security framework, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
  • Review, identify and address gaps in existing controls with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Review, and address issues identified from penetration testing, technical reviews, and audit.
  • Establish, and implement processes and controls to maintain oversight on outsourced IT Security and Disaster Recovery functions.
  • Recommend, and review the implementation of security controls for IT projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
  • Experience in implementing information security management system, disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Conduct IT risk assessments and review to identify security risks.
  • Knowledge of operating system, network, application, and database security.
  • Relevant knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks by the relevant authorities’ guidelines, and consistent with the directions of the top management and group.
