Purpose
As a member of the marketing and student recruitment team, the individual is to lead the delivery of the admissions process efficiently and accurately to support the achievement of UoRM’s student growth. He/she is also to support the planning of student recruitment initiatives and produce relevant reports to analyse student recruitment performance and business forecasting.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership ability in executing this role and be a leading member of the UoRM Marketing and Student Recruitment team. He/she is to work collaboratively with colleagues within the team, academics and colleagues from the UK campus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To work closely with Student Recruitment team and Marketing and Communications team on planning the recruitment calendar and recruitment cycle.
- To drive recruitment performance tracking, business forecasting and trend analysis as well as supporting the delivery of the department.
- To participate in strategic discussions of the department.
- To review and provide suggestions on student recruitment strategies based on past years’ trends and performances.
6. To work with the marketing team in providing updated information related to admissions and scholarships for the University’s website.
7. Work with Student Recruitment team and Admissions of UK campus to understand and review the internal and external guidance on the equivalencies of both local and international qualifications.
8. Undertake any other duties as appropriate and agreed with the Head of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions.

Contact
There will be regular contact with external stakeholders such as prospective students, parents, agents and UK Admissions colleagues. There will be frequent internal contact with the academic team.
Terms and Conditions
The post is initially on a two-year contract, renewed subject to performance, and based on the UoRM campus at Educity, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Relevant Experience
- At least 2-3 years in admissions or related role in the higher education sector.
- At least 2-3 years in data analysis or related role.
- Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
