Your Responsibilities:
• Spearheading recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes for our vibrant staff.
• Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and nurturing work environment.
• Overseeing payroll, benefits, and performance management (so that everyone feels appreciated and valued!).
• Being a go-to expert on HR best practices, policies, and compliance.
• Working closely with school leadership to develop initiatives that support our mission and values.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience (bonus if you’ve worked in an educational setting!).
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills – you love working with people!
• You’re organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive impact through HR.
• You’re comfortable balancing the fun and professionalism of HR in a school environment.
• Knowledge of Islamic values and practices is a plus!
