Account Executive Cum Admin

2. Responsible to handle full set of accounts.

3. Generate financial report on monthly basis for management review

4. To perform monthly management financial report

5.To handle account receivable & account payable

6. To update weekly ageing report

7. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment when required

8. To handle monthly bank reconciliation

9. To perform monthly salary, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB

10. Prepare billings and monitor monthly collection from clients and debts

11. Liaise with company secretary, external auditors and tax agents

12. All other task or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy
• Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office. i.e. MS Excel and MS Word.
• Have knowledge in AUTOCOUNT will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attitude, works independently and able to multitask
• General filing documentation preparation
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible, positive attitude, mature and independent
