1. Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits administration, HR documentation, and general administration.
2. Responsible for department administrative support such as verify travel and expense claims, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, process purchase orders, and support the organization of departmental events and projects.
3. Handle recruitment and manpower planning processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
4. Prepare HR-related documentation, such as announcements, memos, policy drafts, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and facilitate the onboarding process.
5. Maintain and update employees' personal files and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
6. Coordinate, monitor, and schedule annual performance and confirmation reviews.
7. Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking and documentation. Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
8. Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
9. Assist in the management of foreign workers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
10. Perform other job related duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Possessed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
4. Understanding HR policies, process, procedures, and best practices.
5. Knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
