Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Retail on matters relating to outlet sales and day to day operations matter.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets including compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Managing and supervising outlet staff, including hiring, training and performance management.
  • Coordinate retail activities with internal departments (i.e., Marketing, Admin & After Sales).
  • Able to analyse ad-hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgment calls, which will support retail sales performance.
  • Visits to the outlets in-charged to ensure the smooth functioning of the store, maximizing sales and profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Responding to customer complaints and follow up on product repair and warranty claim by customer.
  • Handle staff issue and guidance on sales and operation support.
  • Assist in new recruitments. Be on the lookout for new prospective staff in in malls. Help in interviewing and training new staff.
  • Monitor stores’ sales performance and drive the team to achieve the sales target.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum diploma or degree with background in any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in retail environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, planning and organization skills.
  • A team player, able to work independently, result-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Applicants should possess own transport, willing to travel (local and outstation).
