Project management and Implementation services
- Onboard new customer
- Establish Nephroflow systems locally and in regional countries.
- Travelling in the region for possible installation, sales support activities, project implementation, discussions, site inspection, installation, training, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Performing an initial FIT/GAP analysis and assisting the product management team to find a suitable solution
- Project planning and management
- Coordinating the server installation with the hospital IT team and providing necessary information.
- Coordinate always with Hospital IT department personals.
- Coordinating the activation and testing of integrations and perform necessary technical assistance to establish the system during the initial stage of the project. (POC)
- Installation of the system with the necessary hardware and software configuration.
- System Integration with weight scales with necessary hardware and software solutions.
- Perform required integration as per different user requirements with external departments.
- Understand the application and provide user training.
- Providing training to key users
- Implementing and validating the workflows
- Provide support and guidance before and during go-live
- Aftercare the first weeks after the go-live
- Maintain the system after installation on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of the system day to day user error, network error situation, missing data, data in not captured, data is not transferred to external system.
- Provide feedback to product management.
- Provide possible solutions for any issues or software bugs reported after consulting product management.
- During field activity working time will vary. Work late or work during weekends.
- Provide training for internal staff members in respective countries.
Assisting the sales team.
- Closely coordinate and work with the respective country’s sales team members.
- Provide more in-depth demo’s if needed.
- Answer functional questions during tenders.
- Participate in regional congresses and assist with necessary demonstrations and marking activities.
Training in the context of software updates.
- Create or translate training materials for new software versions.
- Provide training to customers in the context of upgrades.
- Assisting NIATMS software in case some assistance is needed with IT vendor.
- Assist Other minor IT assistance under Nipro Asia operations.
Account management.
- Visit existing customers.
- Evaluate customers satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
- Capture and create user needs with relevant Stakeholders
- Act as the Single Point Of Contact for all customers.
- Provide 1st line support on both functional and technical issues.
