Job/ Function Purpose:
1. To perform service related functions at branch operations.
2. To collect payment & issue receipts for Insurance premium
3. Assist in call in/ walk in enquiries from customers
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attend to walk in enquiries by agents / clients
2. Answer in coming calls
3. Cashiering
4. Perform financial & non financial alterations & update CS monitoring template
5. Prepare documents to HQ / RMU
6. Other ad hoc functions as required by the supervisor or manager
7. Promote e-Services
8. Assist in customer walk in claim submission
9. Adhere to company's SOP & guidelines
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and is open for fresh graduate
- 1 year contract role
