Job Descriptions:

  • To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities
  • To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Responsible for recruitment administration, including screening applications and assisting with the organizing of interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Responsible for attendance management and maintain smooth offboarding process.
  • Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer and dismissal procedures.
  • Check employee attendance, leave records and manage overall staff personnel files.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
  • Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.
  • To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
  • Requirements:
    - Degree with 3 years experience or Diploma with 5 years experience in Human Resource or related field.
    - Well Verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) & and familiar with any payroll system.
    - Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
    - Strong recruitment ability and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
