Senior Executive - Logistics (2 years' contract)

• Oversee the inventory quality of bins and location records across the state offices to ensure sufficient inventory for distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers on the deliveries, claims and return plans for all types of bins at the state level as well as conduct thorough inspections for damage or defects on the new bins and report any issues to Management.
• Responsible for monitoring the schedule for delivery plan and actual delivery on each purchase order of the bins to ensure that the bins are distributed within the desired time and efficiency levels.
• Responsible for stock take and generating reports on "Yearly Stock Inventory vs Yearly Bins Distribution" against monthly stock inventory, including bin transfer and disposal monthly across the state offices to aid in strategic planning for future logistics activities.
• Responsible for consolidating weekly and monthly reports on bin distribution performance for reporting purposes.
• Review and update Logistics "Standard Operation Procedures" and asset & facilities to reflect latest company guidelines.
• Participate in the implementation team in updating and revising the logistics system in adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties whenever required.

Job Specifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant studies.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to details and able to work under minimum supervision to deal with deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required.
