Job Description
- Execute business development strategies to drive growth in Insurtech and cross-border insurance services.
- Support the development and execution of business plans for new projects and ventures within the group of companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Assist in other business initiatives related to the group of companies as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly IT, to ensure seamless execution of business
initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Manage daily business operations, including tracking sales activities, generating leads, and
ensuring smooth sales processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or technology sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with IT systems and an understanding of business processes.
- Strong numerical sensi2vity with the ability to analyse financial data and reports.
- Ability to follow through on strategies and execute plans effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferably to be able to converse in Mandarin
