  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible to work with all technology team member to insure proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, MAN and WAN voice and data networks (>2,000 staff)
  • Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and management of all data network equipment such as router, LAN switch, firewall, wireless, servers, backup systems, network management and diagnostic tools, etc.
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and IT pertinent questions
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Be familiar with OA software, APPs, Video Conferences equipment, etc.

Qualifications & experience

  • 1-2 year’s implementation experience in Data Networking & Network Security and deployment
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field, and/or advanced networking certifications
  • Understanding of networking protocols like DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools, Solid understanding of network & security technologies
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
