We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Retail team. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help our organization achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication
  • Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various channels and activities
  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
  • Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
