  • To achieve the Brands’ business goals.
  • Assume responsibilities for the P&L performance, maximizing sales, controlling costs and maintaining the brand image standards.
  • To be responsible for the smooth operations and merchandising of the assigned brands.
  • To plan, strategize and expand the business of each brand in order to be profitable.
  • Accountable for monitoring and analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking.
  • Maximize turnover through timely commercial sales planning and forecasting.
  • Employ effective OTB management and Buying integrity for respective Brands and business units.
  • To be responsible for all the Brands’ stock inventory under your care.
  • Monitor, forecast and analyze stock levels, distribution and sales and lead in the procurements and processes.
  • Maintain keen awareness of competitor movements and activities.
  • To undertake additional/any other assignments or duties as when required by top management.

People

  • Conduct, Develop and oversee manpower succession planning and employee development.
  • Accountable for recruitment, training, development, planning and organizing the team from time to time.
  • To provide effective leadership and management directions to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead, direct, coach develop and manage the performance of direct reports, to ensure excellence is displayed across all support functions.

Minimum Qualification Required.

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Marketing or Brand/Product Management.
  • A highly experienced brand and communications planner with experience developing winning creative communication, strategic brand repositioning, and new product launches; and is able to build and train others in the capability of writing effective marketing assignment briefs.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Good command of spoken and written skills in English , Malay and Mandarin
