Your new role

  • Work closely and directly reporting to the Group CEO and CFO of the company.
  • Prepare the consolidated accounts for the company and hospitals.
  • Preparing the yearly budget exercise for the company and the hospital level.
  • Responsible for the hospital's financial activities to ensure it stays in strong financial standing and other business entities are allocated by the company from time to time.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of the periodic financial performance of the hospital as well as information required to obtain approval from management, the board of directors, and regulators.
  • Manage cash balances and to ensure cash flow adequacy in meeting ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Responsible for fixed asset management for all hospitals under the company.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Attend and liaise any queries from the internal / external auditors, tax agents and any regulatory bodies in relation to the financial report.




What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have chartered qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA etc + external audit working experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Accounting & Finance field, with some years working in relevant Healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with local accounting standards, MFRS, local taxation laws, and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, investors, and external stakeholders.
