Job Responsibilities-
-Responsible for recruitment process for all personnel, from hiring including writing and placing job ads, onboarding, medical check-ups to off boarding
-Handle and manage payrolls and records of leaves of all staffs
-Process, generate and update reports monthly for payroll, claims, leave, EPF,SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Service Points, etc.
-Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
-Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
-Maintain the human resource information system employee database
-Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
-Advocate employee safety, welfare, and wellness
-Administer employee discipline processes
-Prepare and issue memos, meeting minutes.
-Administer HR policies and procedures
-Assist in maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
-Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/ Public Relationship/ Business Administration or relevant field
• Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, HR software, Microsoft Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player and have ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
• Familiar with Sabah labor laws and regulations
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Great leadership and interpersonal skill
